George O’Brien (born July 7, 1961) is a businessman who has lived in Las Vegas, Nevada for over 30 years. He is a business owner and entrepreneur with experience in sales for over 20 years. The businesses & industries that he has been involved with are Janitorial, Digital Office Equipment, Payroll Processing and Real Estate. Mr. O’Brien attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) from 1980 thru 1985 earning a BS in Marketing at that University’s School of Business.
George O’Brien is the Managing Partner serving as the Chief Operating Officer at e-Leverage, a business process outsourcing company that is based out of Henderson, Nevada with an offshore infrastructure in the Philippines. The Company is a full service business process outsourcing company (BPO) that provides a wide variety of services such as Customer Service, Virtual Assistants, Sales Support, E-Mail/ Chat Support, Telemarketing and Appointment Setting to cater to a variety of industries. Mr. O’Brien’s main business expertise is in Sales and Marketing. He gained all of his experience working as a Sales Representative for fortune 500 companies such as Minolta Corporation Downtown Los Angeles office, Automatic Data Processing, Toshiba Corporation and Kyocera Corporation. Each of these stops helped to enhance Mr. O’Brien’s sales skills through practical experience as well as corporate training seminars.
Mr. O’Brien is also Principle for o48 Realty, a Real Estate firm that started in Las Vegas in 2006. Mr. O’Brien joined o48 Realty in 2007 as a Business Developer and Recruiter. In his first year, o48 Realty tripled in size as a result of his recruiting success. Mr. O’Brien was named a Partner in 2008. In 2009, Mr. O’Brien pioneered the franchising of o48 Realty. He was responsible for putting together all the forms needed in order to franchise including the Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC) which is required by the Federal Trade Commission. Mr. O’Brien was also responsible for entire Marketing and Promoting of the o48 Realty Brand. This included marketing materials such as brochures, DVD training manuals, informational packets, contracts, etc. Through Mr. O’Brien’s marketing efforts, o48 Realty opened franchise offices in Nevada, California, Georgia, New Mexico, Arizona and Utah.
Another business Mr. O’Brien has owned was Metropolitan Maintenance, a full service commercial maintenance company, served in Las Vegas, Nevada from 1991 to 2006. As the sole owner of Metropolitan Maintenance, Mr. O’Brien utilized his vast sales experience to grow his company. At their peak, Metropolitan Maintenance grossed over $650,000 per year in revenues and had 25 employees.
