Noel Casimiro is a native of Las Vegas, Nevada for over 47 years. He is a business owner and entrepreneur with his expertise & experience in sales/ marketing, innovative events, internet marketing and B2B services. The businesses & industries that he has been involved with are Restaurants, Financial Services, Offshore Outsourcing, Blinds/ Shutters, Events/ Promotions, and Corporate Credit Structuring. 

He is the CEO of e-Leverage LLC, a Company that provides a full service business process outsourcing company (BPO) that provides a wide variety of services such as Customer Service, Reputation Management, Social Media Marketing, Funnel Sites, Virtual Assistants, Sales Support, E-Mail/ Chat Support, Telemarketing and Appointment Setting to cater to a variety of industries.

Currently Noel Casimiro also owns and operates multiple businesses in the Restaurant Industry, Health/ Fitness & Events.

arthurArthur de Joya is a C.P.A. and past partner with De Joya Griffith, a certified public accounting and consulting firm. Mr. de Joya’s has been practicing in his profession for over 20 years to include having been employed with KPMG LLP, an international accounting firm. Mr. de Joya’s main practice focus is auditing and assisting in the preparation of financial statements of publicly traded companies reporting with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Mr. de Joya serves as a chief financial officer 3Pea International, Inc., a publicly traded company, and for JBWKZ Companies, an entertainment company. Having served as CFO for several private and publicly traded companies, Mr. de Joya has extensive experience in all facets dealing with publicly traded companies to include SEC financial reporting and PIPE capital raises. Mr. de Joya has also served as a board of director and audit committee chairman for several public traded companies to include one listed on a American Stock Exchange.

Mr. de Joya received his B.S. from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Nevada Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. de Joya has proudly served the United States Air Force from 1985 to 1989, having served his entire time at Nellis Air Force Based, NV and receiving an honorable discharge. Mr. de Joya serves or has served as a director/committee member for several non-profit organizations such as the Las Vegas Asian Chamber of Commerce, State of Nevada Health & Human Services Grant Management Advisory Committee, Equal Opportunity Board of Las Vegas and Diocese of Las Vegas Loan & Deposit Committee. Mr. de Joya has been a featured guest columnist with “In Business Las Vegas”, and named in the “Who’s Who” of “In Business Las Vegas”. Mr. de Joya is also a current member and board member of the Las Vegas Chapter of EO Entrepreneurial-Organization.
Specialties: Although Mr. de Joya is a C.P.A. by profession, he prides himself in being a business person first with an eye towards entrepreneurialism. With that said, Mr. de Joya is currently involved with several business ventures to include e-Leverage/ Outsourcing Strategies & Solutions (co-founder), Red Dragon, LLC (events marketing & promotion co.), and precious metals mining exploration company located in Haiti

Oscar Peters – Group Chairman

British born billionaire industrialist.
Mr. Peters has been on the Board of Directors for e-Leverage since 2012. Mr. Peters owns many businesses though out the world and as Group Chairman of e-Leverage has been very instrumental in the start up of the company’s Manila call center operations.

Georg_OBrienGeorge O’Brien (born July 7, 1961) is a businessman who has lived in Las Vegas, Nevada for over 30 years. He is a business owner and entrepreneur with experience in sales for over 20 years. The businesses & industries that he has been involved with are Janitorial, Digital Office Equipment, Payroll Processing and Real Estate. Mr. O’Brien attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) from 1980 thru 1985 earning a BS in Marketing at that University’s School of Business.

George O’Brien is the Managing Partner serving as the Chief Operating Officer at e-Leverage, a business process outsourcing company that is based out of Henderson, Nevada with an offshore infrastructure in the Philippines. The Company is a full service business process outsourcing company (BPO) that provides a wide variety of services such as Customer Service, Virtual Assistants, Sales Support, E-Mail/ Chat Support, Telemarketing and Appointment Setting to cater to a variety of industries. Mr. O’Brien’s main business expertise is in Sales and Marketing. He gained all of his experience working as a Sales Representative for fortune 500 companies such as Minolta Corporation Downtown Los Angeles office, Automatic Data Processing, Toshiba Corporation and Kyocera Corporation. Each of these stops helped to enhance Mr. O’Brien’s sales skills through practical experience as well as corporate training seminars.

Mr. O’Brien is also Principle for o48 Realty, a Real Estate firm that started in Las Vegas in 2006. Mr. O’Brien joined o48 Realty in 2007 as a Business Developer and Recruiter. In his first year, o48 Realty tripled in size as a result of his recruiting success. Mr. O’Brien was named a Partner in 2008. In 2009, Mr. O’Brien pioneered the franchising of o48 Realty. He was responsible for putting together all the forms needed in order to franchise including the Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC) which is required by the Federal Trade Commission. Mr. O’Brien was also responsible for entire Marketing and Promoting of the o48 Realty Brand. This included marketing materials such as brochures, DVD training manuals, informational packets, contracts, etc. Through Mr. O’Brien’s marketing efforts, o48 Realty opened franchise offices in Nevada, California, Georgia, New Mexico, Arizona and Utah.

Another business Mr. O’Brien has owned was Metropolitan Maintenance, a full service commercial maintenance company, served in Las Vegas, Nevada from 1991 to 2006. As the sole owner of Metropolitan Maintenance, Mr. O’Brien utilized his vast sales experience to grow his company. At their peak, Metropolitan Maintenance grossed over $650,000 per year in revenues and had 25 employees.
